12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account termination, your license to use the Platform immediately ceases. Where termination is initiated by ph956 for cause (as described in 12.2), ph956 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where funds are ultimately determined to be legitimately won and not subject to forfeiture, they will be returned via the registered payment method.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.4 Jurisdiction. Both ph956 and the User submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through internal or regulatory processes, subject to the dispute resolution provisions of Section 13.2 and 13.3 being exhausted first.

14.2 Notice.
